On the Users tab, you can access the following information and functions.


  • User list - manage users in the OptimiDoc Cloud OptimiCapture and OptimiPrint
  • Departments - manage departments
  • Import CSV - import users and departments from the CSV file
  • Import Azure AD - import users and departments from Azure AD

Local AD import is managed through the OptimiDoc Cloud OptimiCapture and OptimiPrint  Active Directory Sync Tool.
