Format - Custom (allows you to define custom paper format width and height) and some of the standard types: ISO (Ax), ISO (Ax) landscape, Letter, Letter landscape, Legal, Legal landscape

Width - paper width in millimetres

Height - a paper height in millimetres

Choose file - background image file
