The Devices tab displays all devices connected to the OptimiDoc cloud including information such as Model, Name or locations.



Name - device name set up in its settings

Model - device information values that we get from it

Licencing type - OptimiDoc (when you use licencing provided by us), Professional and Lite (type of app licenced directly via Xerox App Gallery)

Licence - licence selected on the particular device, Professional, Lite and Print


Operation above devices list:

  • Edit device - to edit device click on the  button of requested user
  • Delete device - to delete user click on the  button and confirm it.
  • Disable or enable devices - to disable or enable device click on the  or button.


  • Manage licence - to manage licences on selected devices click the "Manage licence" button. Within the popup window select desired changes and click on the Submit button.



Number of available licences are shown based on the licence key entered in the company details/settings.
