The Dropbox destination requires authorization by the Dropbox account.


Authorization of user-specific workflow:

  1. Every user needs to log in to the OptimiDoc Cloud OptimiCapture and OptimiPrint portal with their credentials.
  2. Find the Private Destinations widget on the Dashboard.
  3. Click the Dropbox not authorized button.



  1. OptimiDoc redirects you to the Dropbox page for authorization. 

  1. You are notified about successful authorization.






Authorization of non-user-specific workflow:


  1. Click the Authorization button on the requested scan workflow.



2. OptimiDoc redirects you to the Dropbox page for authorization.



  1. You are notified about successful authorization.
