Xerox accounting can be adjusted from the OptimiDoc Cloud portal. You can select the obtaining log frequency of Xerox devices, or completely disable the accounting. The Cloud node only processes devices that contact the Cloud node using the authentication method so where multiple nodes are used each OCN can process different MFPs.
