Printers are installed/synchronized automatically when user logs in for the first time. Printers are added as standard printers and you can find them in Windows among Printers & scanners.


Printing to such printer is the same as in case of standard printing in Windows, with the difference if you are printing to virtual spooler or cloud storage, this will store the print job to cloud and you have to log in on the MFP panel to release your jobs; on the other hand printing on devices which are using direct queue, your jobs will be released immediately on the device.
