Groups
Groups are used for access rights definition for scan workflows and print connectors. Moreover you can force duplex and black&white printing via group settings.
Default group is Everyone and is used for general definition of access rights for all users. Other groups inherit its basic settings and can overwrite them by their own settings.
You can add new group when you click on the Add Group button. In General tab you can set a name of group and if you'd like to force black&white and(or) duplex for members of this group.
Within the Members tab you can choose whole departments or just specific users who will belong to this group.
In the tab Scan workflows you can select which workflows will be enabled for members of this group and which ones will be disabled, by simply selecting one or more workflow names and clicking on the appropriate arrow icon.
In the tab Print connectors you can select which connectors will be enabled for members of this group and which ones will be disabled, by simply selecting one or more workflow names and clicking on the appropriate arrow icon.
