The OptimiCapture utilizes centralized architecture in Microsoft Azure. Thanks to this there are minimum maintenance requirements for customers and partners.




Microsoft Azure infrastructure

Azure infrastructure is located in two different regions:

    • West Europe region located in Netherlands
    • East US region located in Virginia


  • OptimiCapture App Service
    • Web service providing complete functionality for all customers.
  • SQL database
    • Keeps data for all customers and partners.
    • Data are separated on application level.
  • OCR processing stations
    • Virtual machines providing OCR services based on ABBYY FineReader Engine version 12. Based on workload new processing stations are scale out (CPU or Memory).

Customer network

  • OptimiDoc Cloud Node
    • provides a local spooler for printing in exact location. Every device could be connected to one local spooler and could provide a Pull Print functionality.
    • Authentication and accounting service are managed by the OptimiDoc Cloud Node for Xerox devices.
